Weight Watchers Progress

Oh happy day! I switched back to the Core program last week and I lost 3.6 lbs this week! You can track (and hopefully encourage) my progress toward loosing 100 lbs by watching my ticker over on my sidebar! Let me know if you have weight loss goals that you are working toward!

My goals are to get in shape, I recently lost some pesky weight that has been lingering since my 3 year old was born.

You can do this! I lost the 20 pounds I needed to lose last year by exercising. I really needed to get into shape. I blogged about my experience a few days ago.
