Yeah, today I posted a loss! It was only 0.4, but it was a loss and I lost last week so I am on a roll that I plan to continue!
This week was a good week for my self esteem. This past Sunday on my way into church this happened:
Man Greeter (MG): Glad you are here.
Woman Greeter (WG): You look great.
Me: Thank you.
And I walked into the door and started helping Kirstyn pick out which children's bulletin that she wanted to color. That is when I overheard the following:
MG: Who was that?
WG: Natalie D.
MG: That wasn't David D.'s wife.
WG: Oh, yes it was, just a lot less of her.
MG: Are you sure?
WG: I'm going to ask her what she is doing...
WG (inside the foyer now): How have you lost so much weight?
Me: The old fashioned way...healthy eating and lots of exercise.
WG: You look amazing!
Me: Thank you.
Kirstyn: See mommy, I TOLD you that you looked pretty today. (She always has to have the last word...)
Thanks in advance for your kind words that mean so much to me!

Way to go! Losing weight is hard work, and any loss is a success. Keep up the good work.
Well, it certainly is true and it's good that you are hearing it from real life people and not just us. I imagine if we can see the big difference in your photos then it's no wonder that woman didn't recognize you! But that's a good thing. :)
