Tell All Tuesday - Week 8

YEAH! My hard work at the gym is paying off! I weighed in this morning and lost 3.4 lbs! I feel very deserving of this big loss after the many hours I have spent working out. As a matter of fact, I went yesterday morning to a step aerobics class and then went back last night for a Body Attack class. So, I put in 2 hours of hard cardio yesterday! Yeah me!

Okay, so where does that put me as far as my 20lbs by 4th of July goal? I have 12 more pounds to loose. Realistically I may not make it but I plan to get VERY close!!! When I started this Tell All Tuesday 8 weeks ago, I was just looking for a way out of my weight loss rut. I was gaining and loosing the same 2 lbs over and over. I am now 4lbs lighter than I was when I got pregnant with James (and that weight was my lowest in many years!). What is your next mini weight loss goal?

Oh and in other news, today is my 3 year Bloggaversary! Three years ago today I published my first post on this blog! I never would have dreamed that it would become all it has to me and that I would make so many great bloggy friends and weight loss buddies! Thanks for reading!!!

Thanks for posting that. I've been losing the same two pounds for the past six weeks. I'm really hoping to break the cycle this week!

You are a machine woman. I think you are going to make your goal!!

I walked this morning (about a half a mile carrying a 22 lb baby). Tim and I committed to each other that we are going to eat healthier and exercise more. I will let you know how it goes!

That is fantastic! You are going to have a body of steel before too long, if you keep up like that! :)

YAY for your weight loss!

I do small goals, myself. I am 2.5 pounds from my first goal! (YAY!!!)

Natalie,
I'm so proud of you! I don't know how you're making it to the gym twice a day! I'm still trying to make it more than four days a week! You're making me work my butt even harder! I'm trusting that you'll make that mini-goal after all!

Nice job on the loss Natalie. I must admit I raised an eyebrow when I read how much you wanted to lose by July 4th, but your attitude is so healthy - "I may not meet it, but I'll be close". That's how I've always looked at it. Also, setting mini-goals has been my saving grace. I like to meet a goal at least once every 6 weeks, lol. LOVE finishing stuff.

Here's my mini weight loss goal - sticking to my healthy, clean eating plan and getting in 5 cardios a week and 2 strength training sessions. Well, that's more my goal for my plan, so my mini weight loss goal is 10 pounds.

Thanks, and keep it up!
