That puts me at 11.4 more before July 4th to make it to my 20 lbs in 12 weeks goal! *Sigh* I know that it is not possible, even if I fast and pray for the next two weeks to hit that goal, but at least I am getting close and I am officially out of that rut that I was in 10 weeks ago! I am also very thankful for this accountability I have created for myself by posting about this journey. (Oh and if you see someone walking around with a black eye, it might be because yet another person asked me if I was pregnant, or suggested I not do something "in my condition"! You know when I was 46 lbs heavier and got pregnant with Kirstyn, NO ONE asked me that question because it was so obvious that I was just FAT but now I seem to be losing weight everywhere other than in my belly! ugh!!!)
Today in our meeting we talked about what has worked for you and what hasn't worked for you! For example, what has worked for me is journaling everything I put into my mouth and having a variety of fruit on hand and ready to eat (like washed grapes in a bowl in the refrigerator or apples out on the counter). Blogging is also working for me! What hasn't worked for me is having on hand low point cookies and low point chips because I tend to overeat those! Tell me, what has worked for you?
