It's really hard not to eat too many of them. I've found it especially hard having family in town and running here or there. I need to sit back and re-evaluate and pay attention to what I'm throwing in my mouth. Those 1 pt WW chocolate chip cookies are just SO FLIPPIN' GOOD! Going down after being awa...Good for you, Natalie! Going down after being away is an accomplishment, even if you were hoping for more!<BR/><BR/>What's worked for me? Blogging. My treadmill. 2 point chocolate bars (believe it or not...I CAN eat just one...a miracle I think). Having veggies on hand. Counting points (I don't necessary journal, but I do always know the point value of everything and have a tally running), light ice cream and my low fat muffins. I'm sure there's more...but that's what I can think of for now. Oh ya...popcorn and BECEL SPRAY. Love the stuff.
