I'm glad that I made the effort. I'm glad I made the effort to continue to improve ME! I have worked very hard at educating myself on what is really food. I mean because about 85% of what they sell at the grocery store is only masquerading as food but it isn't actually real. I have eliminated things like hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and white flour from our food supply here at the Dickey house. I am proud of that. I think my family is only better for that and they haven't even really noticed the change!
What frustrates me is that I haven't reached my lifetime goal with Weight Watchers! I mean, I wonder what size I will be when I finally do reach that goal. I was a size 20/22 when I joined. The jeans that I am wearing in the picture above are an Old Navy Sweetheart Jean in a size 4 Tall! Did I just say that about myself.... a size F-O-U-R? (yes, they are snug but I didn't want them too big since I am still getting smaller... and I have that fat roll around my middle even when 'nekked' so the jeans don't really cause that muffin top on me) I really though I would be thrilled just to see a single digit size inside my clothes!!! And yet here I am....
I am trying really hard not to be hung up on the number that looks back at me from that Digital Demon (the scale). I am focusing on working out even harder and lifting even more weights. Why? Because when that is my focus then I feel accomplished rather than defeated!
So, here we go.... bring it on 2010! I have some exciting things coming up in the next few weeks. I am going to make an effort to blog more regularly because I find that I NEED your support!
So, did you accomplish what you set out to do in 2009?

you are beautiful! keep your chin up, keep plugging along.
NATALIE! Do I see a difference in from the first picture?
Let me scream it out for you....
YESSSSSSSSS!
You have lost inches, it is very apparent. And those legs. Girl, hot, hot, hot. I can see the quad muscle flexed in your left leg. Keep at it and you will reach that bikini post I just know it!
I found someone was reading my post from last march when I posted about my transformation you said you would post when it was time. Holding you to it girl! I have been at this for two years now and I am still seeing improvements. It takes time and hard work. You are doing it!
And yes, keep posting, I have missed you!
I can TOTALLY see a difference... and it looks like way more than 10 lbs... you've lost so many inches! That is awesome!
YES - BIG difference... I agree with everyone else - you've totally lost inches and gained muscle! Don't be discouraged. I can't believe you're not at lifetime looking like that and in a size 4... how much more do you have to lose to be at the top end of your weight bracket according to WW? I was a size 10 when I reached my lifetime, so I'm just baffled by you! (p.s. I have gained 10 pounds since then and now have to lose 8 pounds to get back to going for free, so I'm definitely still struggling!
Anyway, thanks for the update and the encouragement. You can do it... keep it up! :o)
