DOWN 1.8! All I have to say is.... It is ABOUT TIME! That puts me down 4 lbs in 12 weeks, not exactly record breaking but at least I am headed in the right direction!
Summer is on its way.... let's do this!
Oh and cross your fingers that I don't blow it this weekend as we will be eating out several times! I will be careful how I order but it is still not the same as controlling the calories at home!

This got me thinking, though. How did you come up with the goal of losing 100lbs? I mean, maybe your body has slowed down and plateaued because you are already at your good body weight.
Maybe, if you lost another 24 lbs, you would be under your optimum body weight? I only ask because I think about people and losing weight and I think that there must be a stop point somewhere. You can't lose weight forever. And when you stop losing weight and just maintain, will you psychologically be okay with that? I mean, not seeing the scale go down?
It's just food for thought. Cause I care about you and I already think you look pretty darn good.
