Fat Fighting Friday - W9

Same Report, 9th verse! I got up this morning and weighed in on my home scale. When I saw that it was the same as last week and opted to stay home this morning and cook baked oatmeal for my parents who showed up last night for a surprise visit instead of going to my early morning meeting.

Mom and Dad have been on a cruise all week out of Galveston and they decided they would come by here on their way home to see the kids. They made it just in time to go to pick Kirstyn up from dance and surprise her! She was so excited.

Anyway, I am going to change my number of points per day this week and see what happens. Currently, I have myself listed as "active" and I am going to change that to "sitting most of the time" which will lower my daily points by 2. Hopefully, that will be just the push in the right direction that I need.

Sorry there weren't very many posts this week. I have been in a 'mood' most of the week. The weather is constantly changing here in Texas right now and I keep getting horrible headaches. Oh well, I've made it to Friday and I didn't even miss any of my workouts this week, so I am pretty proud of me.

How was your week?

Keep it up. Atleast you are going to workout...next week I WILL be back to working out. It will work!

Cool! I live pretty close to Galveston. :)

I dropped my daily points by 4 to see how it would work out. I'm still in the early experimental phase though.

Sorry the scale didn't move for you. Maybe with the drop in points you'll see a change. Hang in there!

Hi! Grr I hate the scale! How are the clothes fitting? Inches can be lost without the scale moving, do not be discouraged, plateaus mean you need to ramp it up a bit!

Email me if you need a workout, I can dip into the tickle trunk
PS: protein with every meal, it balances out the carbs!

I haven't actually done a 'workout' in a week or so. I've been doing lots of work, but no strength training or anything. Sigh. I should get back on my wii fit for a bit!

I hope the change of points will help...I know it is frustrating to stay the same, but YOU STAYED the SAME and you aren't gaining so pat on the back for that my lady.

Have a good visit with your parents.

I've been in a 'mood' this week, too. It must be in the weather or something. Blah! I hope you have fun with your parents! how exciting for them to go on a cruise! :) Sorry about the lull in weight loss. you're doing so great! Something's gotta happen soon.

I was going to say the same as Cheryl...are you measuring inches? I have lost no weight since I have been working out hard with my trainer in the last year but inches, yes!

DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED!
