Tell All Tuesday - Week 40

I am embarrassed to tell you that I posted a 0.4 gain today. I know that is not much and I am sure that it had a lot to do with the high sodium dinner I had last night but still, it is frustrating. I expect a good loss next week!

On another note, I am going to change my membership with Weight Watchers from going to meetings to on-line only. My beloved WW leader retired and I am not really 'clicking' with the new leader. I am also at a place for the first time in my life where I KNOW I can trust myself with my weight. I have developed myself a huge circle of accountability that I didn't have a year ago anywhere but at my WW meeting. I now spend around 10 hours every week in the gym working out in group fitness classes (with several of my WW buddies). That encouragement goes a long way! I actually had a woman last night (that I don't know) come up to me and tell me that I have amazing legs. WOW. Thanks. And thank you Body Step! Now to get rid of the muffin top so that I can have amazing abs!

Okay, promise me that you will keep cheering me on! And if I stop posting Tell All Tuesdays then you need to stalk me!!! Okay, now I need to set a goal. I am going to lose 15 lbs between today and March 31st (hopefully that will also mean that I will be carrying 10lbs less with me across the finish line at my 5K on Feb 28th). That give me 11 weeks. Just think, by July when we go to the beach I will be at a TONED goal weight and I won't have to wear a giant t-shirt over my bathing suit to play with my kids in the waves!

maybe in connection to the online only you can at least go in once a month or something and get weighed...

for me, that has been why I have been successful...that accountablity of the scale.

NOT to say you can't do this without it, because I believe wholeheartedly you can.

Just tossing out ideas.

Perhaps it's muscle gain. Muscle weighs more than fat, you know? (That's what my mom has always told me. And it's true!)

Don't be embarassed - just go forward from today!

I agree with Sarah, muscle is what it is! You are in a great place Natalie and I have no doubt that you will continue on your journey to goal weight.

No doubt!

And I will personally come down there and kick your butt if you stop posting! And if you stop posting Tell All Tuesdays, I will stalk you on email relentlessly.

:)

SO proud of you!

.4? Pshaw!!! Nuttin ;)

You will lose it next week! :)

How do you weigh in if you do it online? That would be the main thing that would mess me up! I have to have that accountability.

Even though I am at lifetime, I still go every week to see my weight!! And that means someone else knows if I have been a baaaad girl or not ;) hehe

Natalie, as I said on my blog, it's only feedback. It's what you do with that feedback that affects your results. And you always seem to do what it takes to take you to the next level.

You really have come a long way and I'm not gonna let you slide. So if I notice any Tell-All's missing over here, I'm gonna be all over your butt, whether you have great looking legs or not. LOL. I want you to achieve that goal of wearing the bathing suit without a big old T-shirt. The t-shirts are for when you are done playing in the water and need to cover up from the sun or if you get cold! Let's get it that way and keep it that way. (Wow - I shoulda been a coach. I also should listen to my own advice!!!!)

:)

That's a small gain...no biggie. You'll do much better next week! Good luck doing it on your own! :)

You can do this. And if online doesn't cut it for you, try to find another meeting with a different leader. It took me several meetings before I found a leader I clicked with... But tons of people have been successful online as well. You can do it!

I think you are doing great, Natalie! I've totally lost my momentum with the holidays, but I'm setting a new goal for Cole's first birthday and hoping that will keep me on track! Hang in there & I know you will be just fine with WW online!
