Okay, so now I know for sure that the two pounds I was up last week was due to having very sore muscles, because today I had a loss of 4.8 lbs! Did you see that! I said 4.8 lbs!
I was so excited that I finally bought myself the Weight Watchers Easy Serving Set of spoons so that I can actually measure my portions easier. I had been wanting them for a while but the old ones were plastic and I was resisting, but today, they had the new style in and they are stainless steel! I'll let you know if I like them.
Oh and just look at my ticker! I am finally past the half way point in my weight loss journey! Guess I will have to locate some "before" and now pictures to show off! I want to set some new long term goals for myself but I want them to be reasonable. What kind of long term weight loss goals have worked for you? Do you think it would be unreasonable for me to be at my goal by Christmas??? Be honest, let me know what you think...

WOW!!!! Oh my gosh, that is incredible! almost 5 pounds in a week is unreal. Yes, you do need to post some new pictures so we can ooh and ahhh at your svelte self!
YAHOOOOOOO!
I am so extremely happy for you Natalie, and also? I knew you could do it and I know you will meet your goal. Half way there girl :-)
I would guess that since you are about half way, you could look at how long it took you to get here and it should be about the same amount of time for the second half....but I have also heard that the last 10 lbs like to be pesky...
Either way, set your goal and stick to it!
omgoodness, you ROCK SISTA!!!
yes, before and after pictures are in order.
Awesome. You look great and you shold post before and "now" pictures. It will not only show off your hard work but also give yourself some perspective on how great you are doing!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! What awesome work!! :)
WOOOOHOOOOO!!!! Great loss!
I've found that I've slowed so much since I've been closer to goal (tho that could have a lot to do with motivation), but in general Christmas is in about 22 weeks? What worked for me in the past was 1.5 per week...that always gave me a bit of wiggle room...which I need. That's about 33 lbs. I think 48's do-able, but doesn't give you any room for any error. You're doing awesome lady!
seriously? 4.8! I should do this thing that you are doing! :)
Congrats! You are doing awesome! When I started WW I thought it would take me six months, tops... ended up taking a year and a half... so my suggestion would be to not put a time limit on yourself... I felt SO frustrated when I had been on plan for six months and was only half way there. That's just my two cents though!
